Explanation of Responses:

1. 39,062 restricted stock units ("RSUs") fully vested on August 26, 2026 and were settled in shares of the Issuer's common stock.

2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock, subject to the Reporting Person's continued status as a service provider to the Issuer.

3. 1/4 of the award vested on August 26, 2026. The remaining 117,188 RSUs vest ratably as to 1/4 of the total award of 156,250 RSUs on the 26th of each November, February and May thereafter.

4. These RSUs do not expire; they either vest or are cancelled prior to the vesting date.
