Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 3, 2024, the Lillian Goldman Marital Trust and the Estate of Lillian Goldman, each of which the estate of the father of the reporting persons is a beneficiary, distributed 113,500 shares to the estate of the father of the reporting person.

2. Represents 113,500 shares held in an estate for which the reporting person serves as executor.

3. The reporting person disclaims for the purpose of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 the beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission of such beneficial ownership.
