Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 22, 2025, the Reporting Person was granted 405 shares of restricted stock pursuant to the Wingstop Inc. 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The restricted stock will vest in full on the first anniversary of the date of grant.

2. Includes unvested shares of restricted stock that would be forfeited upon the Reporting Person's termination of service on the Issuer's Board of Directors.
