Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of fuboTV Inc. common stock.

2. On June 15, 2023, the Reporting Person was granted 130,136 RSUs, which have fully vested.

3. The RSUs vest on the earlier of (i) June 18, 2025 and (ii) one day prior to the Issuer's 2025 annual meeting of shareholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through such vesting date.
