Explanation of Responses:

1. The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 Plan adopted by the reporting person on March 13, 2025, with a portion of the sales made to cover expected tax liability associated with the vesting of Issuer equity awards.

2. The price reported in Column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $28.10 to $28.76, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (3) to this Form 4.

3. The price reported in Column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $29.32 to $29.625, inclusive.
