1. Represents restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. 2025 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units will vest on April 24, 2027. The reporting person has elected to defer the receipt of shares upon vesting of the restricted stock units until his service on the Board of Directors is terminated, pursuant to the Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. Amended and Restated 2016 Deferred Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors.
