Explanation of Responses:

1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These securities were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $9.12 to $10.85. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

2. Due to administrative errors, (i) the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on June 10, 2026 with respect to the transaction that took place on June 8, 2026 misreported the total number of shares held by the Reporting Person as 4,355,309 Class A common shares, rather than the correct number of 4,334,179 Class A common shares; and (ii) the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person with the SEC on June 10, 2026 with respect to the transaction that took place on June 9, 2026 misreported the total number of shares held by the Reporting Person as 4,376,109 Class A common shares, rather than the correct number of 4,354,979 Class A common shares. The number of Class A common shares reported in this box is the corrected number held by the Reporting Person following the transaction reported on this line of this Form 4.

3. The securities shown in this row are held directly by Stichting JAB, a foundation incorporated under Dutch law. The reporting person is a beneficiary of Stichting JAB. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

Due to the issuer's status as a foreign private issuer pursuant to Rule 3a12-3(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Act"), the reporting person's transactions in the issuer's equity securities are exempt from Sections 16(b) and 16(c) of the Act.
