Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents partial vesting of a restricted stock unit award on June 1, 2025 and delivery of shares of the reporting person pursuant to the terms of a restricted stock unit award agreement dated May 14, 2025. The remainder of the shares vest in two installments on the last day of each of the Issuer's third and fourth quarters of fiscal 2025 provided the recipient continues to serve as a director of the Issuer.
