Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person made a bona fide gift to another person that does not share the reporting person's household. The amount included an aggregate of 16.9921 shares acquired through dividend reinvestment prior to the gift of shares on December 28, 2023.

2. These performance-based restricted stock units ("PBRSUs") convert into Park common shares on a one-for-one basis upon satisfaction of a service-based vesting requirement pursuant to which they are to vest on March 31, 2024.
