Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On January 17, 2024, Cyclo Therapeutics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) received a notice (the “Compliance Letter”) from the Office of General Counsel of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that its deficiency under Listing Rule 5550(b) had been cured and the Company is in compliance with all applicable Nasdaq listing standards. Accordingly, the Compliance Letter provided that the Company’s scheduled hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has been cancelled, and the Company’s securities will continue to be listed and traded on Nasdaq.
