CS Disco, Inc. (the "Company") is aware of the closure of Silicon Valley Bank ("SVB") and appointment of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company currently holds less than 0.25% of its cash and investments with SVB UK, LTD. The Company does not hold cash deposits or securities in the United States with SVB.
