Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 30, 2026, CRH plc (the ‘Company’) issued a press release announcing the financial results of the Company for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company will host an earnings conference call and webcast presentation to discuss its quarterly results on July 30, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (EDT). Investors and members of the public can register for the conference call at www.crh.com/investors.
