On February 5, 2026, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company® (NYSE:CRD) approved a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share on both Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on March 6, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2026.
