On July 31, 2025, at its regular quarterly meeting, the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company® (NYSE:CRD) approved an increased quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share on both Class A and Class B Common Stock, up half a cent from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on August 29, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2025.
