Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective on June 1, 2025, Hanseung Kang will take a new role with Coupang, Inc. (the “Company”). As a result of the role change, Mr. Kang will no longer be an executive officer of the Company.
