Financial Results

Revenue

Consolidated revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 were $7.83 million compared to $8.07 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2024, a 3% decrease.

Net Income

The Company reported net income for the three months ended August 31, 2025 of $749,000, or $0.09 per basic share and diluted share, compared to net income of $1.05 million, or $0.13 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended August 31, 2024.
