Item 5.02.			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 3, 2022, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Compass, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Dawanna Williams to the Audit Committee of the Board, effective November 3, 2022. On June 29, 2022, the Company filed a Form 8-K under Item 5.02 pursuant to which it announced that the Board had elected Ms. Williams to its Board, effective July 1, 2022. At that time, Ms. Williams had not been appointed to any committees of the Board.
