On October 7, 2025, Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s planned closure of its production facility in North Andover, Massachusetts. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
