On September 20, 2023, William Snider informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Telesis Bio Inc. (the “Company”) that he was resigning from the Board, including from the Board’s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, effective on such date. Mr. Snider’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board. The Company is very grateful for Mr. Snider’s expertise and valuable contributions to the Company over the years.

Also on September 20, 2023, the Board decreased the size of the Board to seven members as a result of Mr. Snider’s resignation and appointed Annette Tumolo to its Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
