On November 20, 2023, GD Culture Group Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “GD Culture Group Unveils its Transformative and Photorealistic AI-driven Digital Human Technology on TikTok.” A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
