HONG KONG, Dec. 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- CLPS Incorporation (the "Company" or "CLPS") (Nasdaq: CLPS), today announced that on December 14, 2022, its Board of Directors has approved and declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on January 10, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2022. The aggregate amount of the payment to be made in connection with this special cash dividend will be approximately $1.18 million.
