Item 8.01 Other Events

On March 24, 2024, Clear Secure, Inc. (“CLEAR” or the “Company”), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement with Staples US Retail Inc. (“Staples”) to offer its TSA PreCheck® enrollment provided by CLEAR services at Staples retail stores across the country. CLEAR expects to begin providing services in Staples stores later this year, and plans to scale locations on a rolling basis, all subject to TSA approval.
