On March 18, 2026, Cingulate Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025 and providing a business update. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference. On March 17, 2026 the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued a Notice of Allowance for a patent application for its lead asset CTx-1301 (dexmethylphenidate) for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). When granted, patent protection will extend through May 2042.
