Item 8.01	Other Events.

On June 30, 2023, Cineverse Corp. (the “Company”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company remains subject to a one-year “Panel Monitor” as that term is defined by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5815(d)(4)(A).
