Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 10, 2021, Cinedigm Corp. (the “Company”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that the deficiency for failure to timely file the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 has been cured and that the Company is in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), and that Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
