1. Represents restricted stock units granted under the Microvast Holdings, Inc. 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The restricted stock units vest in equal installments on each of June 5, 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively.
