1. Price is the volume weighted average purchase price of all purchases by the Reporting Person on the transaction date within a one-dollar range. Actual prices ranged from $155.00 to $155.98. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request of the Commission staff full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price.

2. Price is the volume weighted average purchase price of all purchases by the Reporting Person on the transaction date within a one-dollar range. Actual prices ranged from $156.01 to $156.94. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request of the Commission staff full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price.

3. The shares vest as follows: 5,337 shares on March 1, 2026; 3,632 shares on March 1, 2027; and 2,082 shares on March 1, 2028. The remaining shares are vested.
