Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of common stock of Paycom Software, Inc. (the "Issuer") withheld by the Issuer to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of the following awards: (i) 6,375 shares of restricted stock granted to the reporting person on May 30, 2024; and (ii) 1,748 restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on May 30, 2024; and (iii) 2,796 restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on February 21, 2025. No shares were sold in this transaction.

2. Includes 26,441 unvested shares of restricted stock and 7,342 unvested restricted stock units.
