Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares sold by the Reporting Person on January 6, 2026 to cover tax withholding obligations incurred upon the vesting and settlement of restricted stock awards originally reported by the Reporting Person in a Form 4 filed with the Commission on June 15, 2023.

2. These shares were sold in a single transaction at a price of $9.25 per share.

3. On June 2, 2025, the Issuer effected a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.
