Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 22, 2025, the reporting person made a bona fide gift of an aggregate of 400,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock to trusts for the benefit of the reporting person's children. The reporting person is not a trustee or beneficiary of such trusts and therefore no longer has a beneficial ownership interest in the subject shares.
