1. Reflects vesting of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") on March 1, 2025. The Reporting Person received 288,392 time-based RSUs on March 1, 2024. The RSUs vest in five installments of 20% per year beginning March 1, 2025.

2. Reflects withholding of shares to satisfy tax obligations in connection with the vesting of RSUs. No shares were sold.
