1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Danimer Scientific Class A common stock.

2. On November 12, 2024, the common stock of Danimer Scientific, Inc. reverse split 1 for 40.

3. On March 31, 2022, the reporting person was granted 103,092 restricted stock units on a pre-reverse split basis. These awards vested in thirds respectively on February 7, 2023, February 7, 2024 and February 7, 2025.
