1. On May 8, 2023, the reporting person was granted an award of 14,047 restricted stock units (RSUs), subject to vesting as to 1/3 of the shares of common stock subject to such RSUs annually over three years. On May 8, 2025, the RSUs vested as to 4,682 shares, and 1,675 shares were withheld to satisfy taxes.
