Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares withheld to satisfy tax withholding obligations on the vesting of restricted stock units ("RSUs") prior to the open of trading on October 30, 2025, which settlement date was determined by the Issuer's board of directors, to satisfy the tax obligation realized upon vesting of such RSUs.

2. Includes 88,782 RSUs, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon vesting.
