Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 26, 2025, Chegg, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company” or “Chegg”) announced that our 0.125% convertible senior notes due in 2025 (2025 notes) matured on March 15, 2025 and, as a result, we made a payment of $358.9 million. Following the maturity, no 2025 notes principal amount remained outstanding.
