Explanation of Responses:

1. The ownership of 243,642 shares includes 3,750 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan which vest on August 12, 2026; and the 35,658 shares in Mr. Blunden's Employee Stock Ownership Plan account.

2. The 1,059 shares disposed of in this transaction relates to the required distribution of a deferred compensation plan unaffiliated with Provident where Mr. Blunden's deferred compensation plan account was liquidated and distributed to him as required by the unaffiliated deferred compensation plan.
