Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective on September 1, 2023, Steven Bisgay resigned from the board of directors of CF Acquisition Corp. VII, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Bisgay’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s board of directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
