On March 1, 2023, Certara, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and twelve-month periods ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release containing the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
