1. The shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $8.33 to $8.49 per share. The price reported reflects the volume weighted average price for the transactions. 2. Includes 576,339 restricted stock units that have not yet vested and 446,819 shares, the receipt of which has been deferred under the issuer's deferred compensation plan.
