Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents sales to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting and settlement of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on November 29, 2024.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at a range of $0.60 - $0.62, inclusive. The undersigned undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (2) to this Form 4.

3. Roshan Pujari beneficially owns 4,652,864 shares held by Energy Transition Investors LLC, 10,872,790 shares held by 7636 Holdings LLC, 1,840,896 shares held by VIKASA Clean Energy I LP, and 460,224 shares held by Maggie Clayton.
