(b) On September 25, 2024, Director Lori J. Robinson notified Centene Corporation (the “Company”) of her decision not to stand for re-election when her term expires at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting. The Company greatly appreciates Director Robinson’s five years of service, leadership and contributions to the Board.
