(a)Cencora, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on March 5, 2026.

(b)Each of the three items listed below was submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting and is described in more detail in the definitive proxy statement filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 22, 2026 (the “Proxy Statement”).
