Celestica Inc. An aggregate of 11,129,031 common shares, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option of 1,451,612 common shares, were sold by Celestica for aggregate gross proceeds, before underwriting discounts and Offering expenses, of approximately $3.45 billion.

Net proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used for working capital and to support investments in capital expenditures, in addition to other general corporate purposes.

BofA Securities and Citigroup are acting as joint lead bookrunners (in alphabetical order) and TD Securities, CIBC Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint bookrunners for the Offering.
