On March 24, 2026, Sanjay Mehrotra informed CDW Corporation (the “Company”) that he will not stand for reelection at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Mehrotra will continue to serve through the remainder of his current term. Mr. Mehrotra’s decision was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
