Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 23, 2021, CDK Global, Inc. completed its redemption of all of the outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2026 (the “Notes”). The Notes were redeemed at a price of 103.703% of the principal amount thereof, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, to April 23, 2021, in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes. The redemption was funded from cash on hand and will lower annual interest expense by approximately $29.4 million.
