On February 25, 2026, new compensation targets were established for Chad J. Doellinger and Daniel G. Queenan, as set forth below. Compensation targets for Robert E. Sulentic, Emma E. Giamartino and Vikram Kohli, our other named executive officers, remained unchanged.
