Cannae Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CNNE) ("Cannae" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend will be payable March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2026.
