Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 14, 2022, Edward F. Jankowski tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Cambridge Bancorp (the "Company") in connection with the age requirement of the Company's by-laws. His resignation will take effect at the commencement of the Company's 2022 annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 16, 2022. Mr. Jankowski's decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
