On March 31, 2026, BriaPro Therapeutics Corp., a subsidiary of BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (the “Company”), filed its unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the three and six month period ended January 31, 2026, with the British Columbia Securities Commission and Alberta Securities Commission. A copy of the condensed interim consolidated financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the three and six month period ended January 31, 2026 are included as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
