On December 2, 2024, Bowlero Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be rebranding to Lucky Strike Entertainment, effective December 12, 2024. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
